the live oak is so beautiful - i like how you captured the man/truck within the curve of the tree....sad isn't it? I wonder if they cut that tree to....excellent statement in this image!
Unbelievable shot, video and prayer, Jo. I'm so glad you're good, sis. I'm not getting notices when you upload...so sorry I've been absent. Much love and prayers to you!
Dear Joanna Thank God your alright!Amazing photo and Inspiring moving poetry...You and Your family are in our prayers... With Love&prayers...Hugs...Dee&David
I was thinking about you during another devastating storm. I am relieved that you are ok and despite the danger, you were able to share with us the enormous impact of the storm. The photo of the tree is amazing. It is hard not to see all the images like the face on the left with a jaw dropping expression. She probably was afraid of the storm. Very sensitive spirits live in massive trees. :))
Amazing, and so happy that Your Faith in God has kept you safe. Wow! My brother, who does claims adjustment for Stat Farm Insurance, leaves for Louisiana, again, for 30 days to do work on damage from Gustav. The first time he went to work there was for Katrina. You are in my prayers.
I'm glad that you are okay, too, Joanne!!
Wow! I would have a problem living where you are!
Just the video scared the shit out of me!!
Wonderful work!!

I am glad God protected you during this storm and brought you out with not injuries. I hope that beautiful garden you put in so many photos made it out alright also.
beautiful poem and photo, sis; it did my heart good to read it...many blessings to your part of the world for a speedy recovery...and you have surely been missed!! :)
Nature sometimes surprises us Jo. For the calm beauty and for the hugly storms. We must be thankful anyway for what we get. Human kind can be a lot wosre and devastating with their lies ! Welcome back, I am happy you are ok.
