There is a charm in European architecture that comes with ancient streets and well-worn customs. New Orleans has a bit of that feeling, but it has a terrible undercurrent of misery, only made worse by Katrina.
I dig perspective espicially if it is skewered a bit or shot at an unusual angle, so I dig this shot Nira. The perspective in the larger picture adds to the photo greatly, I think it acually makes the shot, cool.
Great colors, textures, style and picture. It's interesting seeing all those bikes, small auto's and narrow streets. Have a blessed day my friend, Jerry.
Fantastic shots dear Nira , ! love both of them especially the perspectives are amazing !!! I admire your artistic eye !!! Happy new Year 2008 for you my friend !!!

Artist Reply: Hello Steven..you are very imaginative. I'm sorry to disappoint you... :-)...Not only that I didn't toured with Vespa..There is no chance in real life that I will. I'm in some ways " square " :-))..there are things I've never done...and for sure nor will I do...that is riding a Vespa motorbike . Some may be excited by riding those transportations , I'm excited by the sights of landscapes.I took a tour by bus and by foot :-) My hair can wave in the wind only in a most natural simple way, that is : when I'm outside in a wind . Thanks for your comments. Best wishes for you and yours to the new year.

Ah the colorful picturesque avenues teeming with life. Tell me, to get the full effect Nira did you zip around the village on a little Vespa motorbike with your hair waving in the wind.
