I have only seen this masterpiece by Utagowa Hiroshige (1747-1858)as a small black and white reproduction but it fascinated me so much I created my own version. It depicts the seven Japanese gods of Luck sailing in their treasure ship (Takora-Bune) L to R. Hotei (Benevolence) Jurojin (Longevity) Diakoku (Wealth&Farmers) Ebisu (Fishermen&Tradesmen) Benten (Literature&Arts) Bishamon (Warriors) Fukurokuji (Wisdom)
