I just looked at your snow scene and I must say I can't decide which I like the most. This one has such a vibrancy in it that you sometimes feel when your out in spring or in autumn. I need to go back to that snow painting hehe

Lovely scenery Ben. Your use of color and lighting is very attractive and brings the eye down right along the fence nicely. Love the perspective of the river too. It just seems to go on and on.......

You have a wonderful sense of composition and a great sensitivity for intimate landscapes. You also use that purple and golden yellow combination in selected areas. It creates a beautiful warmth. The Napoleon House is really white. But so is snow and look what Monet did with it.

I am at a loss for adjectives to describe the soulical quality of this wonderful artwork. I've seen other paintings of yours that have great technique, too. This painting, however, has sooo much more. It lingers on ones psyche and visual palette, like a pleasant after taste.
