Leopard's Eye

I have completed a tutorial for this technique (using "Cat's Eye II"), so if you are interested in seeing it, step by step from start to finish, click here!

This is my first ATC of a "Big Cat", which I would like to say is my specialty - my subject of choice. And so, this has now become one of my personal favorites.

"Leopard's Eye" is an original work (2.5" x 3.5") in Scratchboard, with Acrylic Paint. The technique involves scratching with an X-acto knife, and painting, numerous layers of each. Very fun, but sometimes time consuming!

This card is SOLD - to view other cards for sale at ArtCardsWanted.com - click to view Christina's store!

Thanks to everyone who views or comments on this image - I appreciate it greatly, and I must say, I'm having a lot of fun with this ATC/ACEO thing!

Remarkable! Outstanding! This must take quite a lot of patience, and attention to detail. I'm stunned! I looked at the thumbnail and thought it might be a drawing, but I can't tell for sure because it sure looks like a photo. I was almost right.... I'm in awe of your talent.
