Hello Jerie! How are you? Just thought I'd wander through your delightful gallery. It's full of wonderful landscapes. Some of them remind me of the countryside around us here in Wales, UK. I like this painting very much. The textures of the stone wall and the tree bark, the contrasts of the shadows and light dappling the grass is delightful. Just lovely!
Very beautiful technique. I like the simplicity of the stone fence, dappled with light and the landscape which recedes off into the distance. It's hard to believe that his is plein air. The light changes so quickly that it becomes almost impossible to follow. At least that has been my experience. It's fun nonetheless.
