This acrylic work is a subjective, dream-like, and surreal image of a sunset in the summer. The upper section of the sky is divided into shapes with different colors of blue and orange bounded by gold paint and the sun is a bright wide orange oval that takes center stage in the sky. The brigh sun is also outlined in gold paint. Clouds in the upper sky are small patches of blue, green and yellow above the sun, The clouds below the sun are filled with white, yellow, pink and blue hues and a magenta sunset fills the sky below the cloud line. The water is covered in the reflections of the colors in the sky and fills the lower portion of the painting.
