Dear Nira, You must have labored hours for the perfection of this beauty. In its example you demonstrate and stress such value and respect for beauty itself, but also especially for nature's brief blessed coming and going. Numerous artists practice that skill. But I am most moved, even before the perfect petals, by you beautiful success of handling the light and hues of this 99% monogram: the back and our right-hand vs. its successful foreground fronting of the flower toward us; the daringly six (I count) hues contributing to such realizing of the blume and it's predecessor below it; the attracting contrast of the barely green leaves and the final shriveling form below. I write this hardly knowing anything at all about flowers, but I have some opinions about colors and light -- and our own relatively brief lives shown also in the form below: I believe this masterful touch and placement approaches magic. What's more, the natural briefness of almost all Nature and all of such beauty of human life. With utmost gratitude, Peace, etc., Bruce
