For Chicken Little the sky is ALWAYS falling. Maybe that should be my nickname. ;) I used watercolor with just a touch of the India ink brush pens for emphasis. Image area is 9 by 12 inches on textured w/c paper. Original Jones Art constantly looking up in Austin, Texas.

I wondered where he went after we had terrific sky fallout storm back in '72 when the wind blew so hard and fast it took away our windmill and sent it into outer space..last we saw of it... was a sighting by the Hubble Telescope approaching Venus. I am glad to see that Chicken Little is safe with you...I was so worried that he might have been carried away on that dang windmill.

Artist Reply: Ah, as I recall '72 wasn't a bad year though I wager there WAS a storm or two, Elton. I've heard a lot of folks, being cooped up, have been making their own moonshine. Now you wouldn't be one of those, would you? He is a bug-eyed example of a worry wart, isn't he? Hope you are doing great today. :)

Artist Reply: Ha! Chris, I was playing around with the textured paper and come up with this fellow. You just never know what's going to pop up these days. Well, at least I don't. ;)
