A touch of pink

This white cosmos with a touch of pink on the petals was a rare find in a garden where I visited yesterday. I had to shoot through a palissade and the wind was blowing so I only got this one shot that was good enough to work on. Enjoy! 2 variations of "frames"

Lovely Wia. It is unusual, we've had Cosmos change from purple to white, but usually in even shades. This one's a gem, I'd love to collect some seeds to try :)

Artist Reply: Thank you Adrian Yes this is very unusual. I will try to get to that garden again if possible and hopefully will be able to collect some seeds. The garden was next to an old age home where we visited a relative and the matron of the home told me about this cosmos. Maybe she will be able to collect seeds for us because she may know the owner of the garden.

Absolutely glorious flower photography !

Artist Reply: Thanks Sigga this was one of my lucky shots. Not easy to get because of the slight breeze and having to take the pic hand held through a palissade.

gorgeous and what sumptuous color to this!

Artist Reply: Thank you Ruth - Yes the color on this cosmos is exceptional and it was the first time that I saw this variation.I so wished that I could get into that garden to take more photos but it was not possible.
