To My Artwanted Friends- I will not renew my Artwanted Premium membership due to the horrible customer service. I had a customer purchase artwork, but it never shipped. He could not contact Artwanted/Artslam about it, he just wanted his merchandise. I tried to contact Artwanted at least 7 times about problems with no response. He finally received a refund by going through his credit card company. Also, my sales on Artwanted is horrible. I'm moving on. I may keep my gallery as a non-premium member so I can stay in contact with all the fantastic people in this community of artists. Best of luck to you all!
