International Fibre Collaborative Project 2009

I N T E R D E P E N D E N C E

The " International Fibre Tree" was ready installed and displayed at Big Springs Park ( Panoply Festival ) , April 24- 26, 2009 in Huntsville , USA ( AL) .

Participants - leave creators - from 23 countries send their leaves to Huntsville and 39 US States were involved : children , pupils , students , individuals and professionals .

About 7 000 leaves are decorating the tree and 1 000 more leaves were created at the Panoply Event in a leaf making tent at the weekend .

In August 2009 , the tree will be on permanent display at the Earlyworks Children´s Museum in Huntsville , USA ( Al) .
