I have had images deleted for butt crack and side boob, But I see so many here that show a lot more than that. Why are s0me getting away from the nude police and others are not?

It is signed "Aldo Luongo '68" in the lower left corner, and appears to be a mother nursing her child while the child grasps her hair.
