How views arranged?

How can one member get over 3,000 views on just one photo, and me get 1 or 2 views only on the majority of my 119 photos????????????? Will everybody visit my page and give me a vote or visit to make me smile...please...

I have some great photos and would like more views and comments than I have got so far. I cannot imagine how some members manage to get over 3,000 views and up to 50 or more when I get a couple and the most 12 on one single photo. Can members advise...
