IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD AND THE WORD WAS GOD. My art has taken me to many different places but the places most rewarding are those that are sacred. I have been very blessed to have my art in many different places of worship. Life is, by it's very nature impermanent but ART ENDURES. The painting that is sacred becomes eternal and gives it's author a taste of immortality. It is the pursuit of the spiritual, not the material, that is the most rewarding. Life can be but a shadow play, it can become a distraction when one only pursues ownership, title and fame. We can become, to some extent, what our possession's make us to be. But the soul is aware of the Source of all Sources, the alpha and the omega. This Source is available to all. It is abundant and unfettered and freely given to all that open their hearts to It's bounty. This Source is like a rose. The rose's fragrance does not chose who will smell it's perfume. Or like a tree. A tree does not tell who may seek it's shade and who may not. No, this source is available to all.
