awesomeness! I did a huge colored pencil drawing of Link one time & gave it to a guy I liked... I think he shoved it in his closet and it got all crumpled up and destroyed. So... keep your artwork safe! ;P Great job!

Artist Reply: ^^ don't worry, All my good stuff goes in my growing portfollio. I also scan stuff before I sell it or give it away. Its not the same as an original, but its close enough. I'm glad you like it!

This is great, Katie. I love the expression of the elf and how you've described the fabric so well...difficult to do. I hope not to offend, but I like the sketch better as it has more contrast in the figures. The face on the left is excellently done though. I did one really dark piece, and know how difficult it is to achieve effective contrasts while keeping the mood and space dark. I'm going to try working oil pastels on emery cloth again as this is how that painting was created. Keep on creating, Katie...you are extremely talented!!

Artist Reply: Thank you so much for the lovely comments! They really are inspiring. And yes, I know how they get lost in the background. I should have made the background lighter, so the characters would pop out. But I'm still very happy with it. In doing this piece, I found out my oun style of media, and what I should use from now on. Thank you again sally, kind comments like yours always fuel me to do better.

Cool characters.....I like the design work and media...

Artist Reply: Thank you Sharon. I'm glad you like it. The media is very mixed. I used every kind of marker, pencil, sharpie, etc. It took a very long time.
