Some days are definitely bluer than others. This gives rise to the old question: Is blue bluer than green is green? The wise ones only smile, slightly bemused, at such silliness and go about their business---which is probably pretty silly also. This is a 9 by 4 inches gel pen with blue pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art has new neighbors here in northwest Austin, Texas. But new is a relative term, isn't it?

Beautiful Charles,I kind been down in the dumps myself

Artist Reply: To paraphrase an old song, Ray, you've got to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. I can't tell you how many times I've had to do the same---and it isn't over yet, unfortunately. Take care and stay safe. :)

Cool background on this one Charles , and nail on the head expression for a blue day. Hope your new neighbors are kind and realize there's an artist at work : ) Cheers to your weekend !

Artist Reply: The newbies seem to have money to throw around which I hope isn't just 'for show.' Even though the old neighbors had everything in and out redone, they are having rooms painted, etc. Of course, some folks sense of 'feng shui' is quite different from others. I've had off-white walls since I moved in in 2003. But you don't see much wall with so much 'stuff' on the walls. :)
