Behaving in an angry or unfriendly way that is likely to cause an argument. But he could be just a bit over assertive and others are just easily provoked. You probably know someone like this, I'm sure. And I know a fellow who has a tendency to rub folks the wrong way. I think it was meant to keep them from getting too close---though why I don't know. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper.
