Heck, I wanted to call it something. I think I was inspired by my watching many vintage movies and TV programs recently and noticing how much the timpani was used for dramatic effect. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art marching to a different drum in northwest Austin, Texas.

Yes indeed the timpani adds that heightened sense of drama . Your colors are extra super here as well as the drawing itself . Cool work Charles : ) btw , I watched Cry of the Penguins ... really enjoyed it . Such great footage of the penguins.

Artist Reply: Thanks, Dave! Well, like I have said before, my drawings, etc., keeps an old shut-in somewhat busy. If you like 'real' science fiction, you might like 'The Creation Of The Humanoids.' It too is on YouTube. It was made when such fare, even in the B category, could provoke one into thinking. Hope all is good for you today. :)
