Navajo Gold

This is one of my few oil paintings I have done, as I usually work in acrylics. Actually it was done at Scottsdale Artist School while taking a class from Howard Rogers. He is known for his paintings of beautiful women and cowboys, who happen to always be going either up or down a hill! The pink and white swishes in the background are his marks and the loose orange strokes on her collar. He was showing me how to loosen up. I didn't touch his strokes and learned alot from him.
