In January 12, 2019, we went to a Brevard Zoo, Fla and these are the best picture captures. There are more photos keep looking in a few minutes. I decided to enter the bird to the contest since it was still open today. Will see if goes through.

I have to admit,I've got ducks & a pond ,stumps & fence posts but I have never seen one standing on a stump ,so unusual ,she's somewhat a plain Jane but her partner must be around all dressed up in his tuxedo. Area looks so natural for the ducks .

Very good photos of exotic birds with color combinations that make them look like flowers. I have never seen a duck like that one you photographed that looks like little seashells are attached.

I couldn't pass up commenting on the parrot in the thumbnail and then found a virtual aviary for my trouble. Thanks for the upload, Ginger. I enjoy birds though seldom see such exotic ones. :)
