Meet Khan our Catten (more kitten than cat)

Meet Khan our Catten (more kitten than cat). We just got to bring him home last Thursday and he is already rapping everyone around his VERY LONG body and tail (33 inches long). His name is Khan. He is part Burmese. The eyes start with a deep rich green then move into bright yellow and then to a very thin sliver of orange. He is SUCH a ridiculously hilarious, loving cat . The zoomed image does a bit better at showing the eye coloring, but the lighting hits them wrong and dulls it out

Great Photograph of Khan the "Catten". I love the look on his face it reminds me of one of my cats who use to have that look. Khan sound like a joy to be around and seems to be great company for you. So sorry to hear about "Sally Cat" but am very happy you now have Khan.

Artist Reply: Thank you. Yes, he is a joy, pain, laughter, tears, shocked at what he can do and does, etc. I am finding out how truly amazing Burmese cats are!!!

Beautiful eyes!!! Great catch!

Artist Reply: Thanks! He is a great little fellow to have around. We just lost our old cat Sally cat (have photos of her on here) and because I am literally stuck alone at home for 60 hours a week and my own emotional issues we opted to get another cat quickly so I would not be alone during the grieving process. I swear that Sally cat led us to him and then told him to pick us.... timing and the way it happened (and how out of character his actions were in his attempts to gain my attention at the shelter). Khan can be a wicked speed demon as he demonstrated last night when Keith got home And scarily agile. We had made a toy of child safety bottle with pony beads in it for him since he always ran to Keith every time he moved a pill bottle.... It had been tossed into the living room and was less than a foot in front of a storage unit.... He started from the slider door from zero to seventy five in a split second, heading straight for the storage unit. At the last second i saw his right paw shoot out to swat the bottle while simultaneously executing a near 45 degree left then right turn to avoid the unit, tore past me, did two more 45 degree turns and bolted into the bedroom and lept up on the bed. then he Tore back the other way, managed to dart his paw out in perfect timing to hit the bottle again. Then plopped down cleaning himself and then paused to look at us saying"What?" to sum up a lot about his personality... The Most Interesting Cat: "I don't Always tear around the house going 75 miles per hour, but when I do, I ALWAYS have an audience"

BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN EYED CATTEN !!! THE PERFECT CAT FOR WITCHES STORIES !!! lol !!!!

Artist Reply: So true!!! He tends to do a lot of the back arching too (though not because he is scared or angry... basically if something makes his tail go up he arches his back too). Thanks! Incredible eyes! Reminds me of our departed pantheresque cat, Inky.
