The portrait was made in 1543 by Agnolo Bronzino. The subject was Eleonora da Toledo, daughter of the Viceroy of Naples and wife of Cosimo de' Medici. I've painted a copy of that beautiful portrait. oil on canvas, 50x70 cm.
