Not the clear shot I was looking for as the morning was very cloudy and gray. Still, the first time to see bald eagles in the wild is a tremendous experience. We were on a barge at Lake Fork in east Texas, part of the annual Eaglefest activities. It was rescheduled because of ice and snow on the first Saturday in February, when the event usually takes place.
