Oil painting on gallery wrapped canvas, 36x24. The painting continues around the sides, also. This is one of my favorites! I started with a bunch of flowers in a vase. I bought them at the local market, and thought they were Astros. I have since learned that the correct name is Alstroemeria, or Alstros, but what are ya gonna do? I had been calling this piece Astros for so long, that I couldn't bring myself to change it. It would be like switching the name of your family pet. This hung in my foyer for several months before it made it's way to a shop I'm part of (Shout out! The Artisans' Emporium, in Alpharetta, GA.). I just may cry when this original sells. But I create to share, correct? Yes! So share, I shall! Besides, I have a print :)
