I just had to spice up the top of this bar in the Clearwater condo. Sooooo I used black light paint of all colors between the tiles, glitter on the tiles, and lacquered with a lacquer that adheres to tile and also never yellows. For this I did Not use a decoupage lacquer. I hope that you enjoy!
