I blame the red roofs, they leak red into the sky and distort the weather which cause dogs to pee irrationally into the tulips and old men to make bad jokes. but all that aside Nelly, I like your red skies because they go with my green hair.
Artist Reply: oh, need to paint your green hair you in my next red sky... would be great, but need to have courage to do it...
Such intense red is overpowering. The sky crushes the little landscape, with its row of poplars. Mankind is just suggested by the rooftops, which also seem to bare survive against the onslaught of indifferent nature.

So rich, and luxurious, the 'red' envelopes you like golden sunlight. Magnificent series.
F A N T A S T I C !! This is SOOOO Holland. Your skies are fantastic. Love the clouds in thios red red skies. RED IS SO DIFFICULT TO DO!! (Blue is easier, althans dat vnd ik!!)
But a small painting like the zoomed in one would do great too! Ik vind dat rijtje populieren erin ook zo Nederlands! Heerlijk schilderij Nelly! My pic of the day!
Impressive size, nellushka. STUNNING WARM USE OF COLOURS, My dear friend. When I look at the both.. the upper is more YOU...The bottom version, is a GREAT IDEA for another composition - SO UNIQUE..
