Mermaid's Touch

My newest Mermaid Artwork, a beautiful underwater mermaid reaching out :)
This is an Original OSWOA (4x6) art. completed with pastels and pencil. Limited editiona hand signed prints from my website katerinaart.com
OSWOA Explained: Artists who enjoy creating small works of original art, 4" X 6" which are original, unique and highly collectible since they fit easily into photo album sleeves. OSWOA is a trademarked acronym which represents ORIGINAL SMALL WORKS OF ART created by artists from around the world! This is my official mermaid art in 2009 (so far) I was working on something different and took a break to finish this :)

Love the colors. Especially enjoying the spots/freckles on the mermaid and the hint of light coming from above. Her hand seems a bit flat but she's fantasy so I wouldn't know what a mermaid's hand looks like. ;o) Nicely done. ~Sarina Renee/Luineannon
