WOW THIS IS BEAUTIFUL, AHH WATER, HERE IN AUSTRALIA WATER IS BECOMING A RARE COMMODITY, WHICH IS REALLY SCARY, IF WE DONT GET ALLOT OF RAIN THIS SUMMER, WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE. EXCELLENT USE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHIC MEDIUM MY FRIEND
This is absolutely beautiful, Sharon and definitely my favorite out of all your photographs! I guess because it reminds me of the mountains I love so much! I recently took a similar photo, but... yours looks much better! I have taken that same photo several times in the past and it turned out beautifully each time, but... the water and surrounding area didn't look as nice as before! Everything looked so drab this time!
Looks more like a stream then a river but then again it is all in the perspective of the viewer. It is still a beautiful shot and would make a fantastic painting.
A wonderful soft and dreamy capture, Sharon! It was a lovely time of day for the great atmosphere depicted... this photo has such super soft edges and muted tones.
Artist Reply: Hello Annette, I am writing from the AW site since I am getting no Emails at all from AW. Seems to happen every afternoon. Thank you Very much. :-))))) Hugs, Sharon
Sharon, my family used to camp down on the Buffalo river in Arkansas! We loved it so much!! But it was very big! Nice shot!
Artist Reply: Yes, Sharon, and this is the "Little" Buffalo River. Arkansas is a very very beautiful place especially in this area. Thank you lots for your great feedback. Hugs, Sharon
Hi Sahron, This beautiful shot brings back memories of a 75 mile canoe trip that I did here about 30 years ago right after they made it a NATIONAL RIVER. BILL
