Wow, to live in such a beautiful street! Who is maintaining this?

Artist Reply: Actually, Anneke, this garden is maintained by a hotel that is adjacent to it but the city of Ashland has many other, equally beautiful gardens, in public areas, that are owned and maintained by the city. Ashland is a lovely town, located in southern Oregon, near the California border. It is home for Southern Oregon University and is well known for it's annual Shakespeare Festivals.
