Artist Reply: Why thank-you for your kind words Charles. The trick to it is creating your own brushes in Photoshop and gradually building up the tone and colour as you would a traditional painting. I took about 10 hours in all to finish this piece, although the client has asked me to increase the size to a full A4 page so you may as well add some more time onto that amount. I am a traditionally trained painter and have only just crossed over to the dark side (digital painting) so I have plenty to learn yet. I will have a look at your stuff and return the compliment.
