Equine Abstract

I see many images in my bark, stone and plant abstract photographs and share what I perceive when dominant images appear or evoke a narrative that is informative, humorous or is part of a series that tells a story. In Equine Abstract, I see the profile of the head of a horse that dominates the photograph. The shape of his head, protruding nostril and eye appear on the left side of the photograph. The texture and color enhance the image of a powerful and majestic horse.

That is amazing .. when I saw this from the thumbnail I immediately thought wow I see a horse in this abstract, it was strange to read your narrative to see you saw the same thing. I get the sence of movement in this work, the horse is running fast through the woods. Wonderful abstract artwork Julie.
