Artist Reply: Thanks for the compliment Jerry. It's nice to get feedback. The horses that inspired me to paint this are wild horses that live out near Cody Wyoming. They are really beautiful creatures.

If you ever get to visit Cody Wyoming you must check out the wild horses that roam the hills just past the town. That's what inspired this painting. I took many photos of them too.
