Meadowlark

My backyard is a protected wetlands area where all manner of fowl take rest and refuge. Here is one of the many friends I have encountered throughout the many years I have lived here. My only wish is that you could hear my little friend's beautiful song. visionary imagist "Joey"

I can't draw like you !!!I tried to paint a bird few weeks ago and turned up looking like a worm!!!:)

IT HAS BEEN MANY YEARS SINCE I HAVE SEEN A MEADOWLARK. THEY ONCE WERE PLENTIFUL. THIS IS SO PRETTY TO SEE.
