I've always had an interest in mythology so I thought I would do a painting that was colorful and had a feel of the Mayan culture.

Merle: Now that i know of your interest in mythology have you ever read or heard of Joseph Campbell? Your work has an archetypal quality about it. Jung would find your artwork compelling as I do.
