When painting on a busy intersection, where cars are zooming by about two to three feet behind you, it is best to work at night. These portrait panels were each composed and executed nocturnally... then reviewed in the morning. (CIS) Community Integration Services through various grants from the city, have reawakened this area with artwork. We also produced the signs.
