Artist Reply: Thanks so much for your kind observation. This is 2 applications of wet-into-wet technique. The first was splatter painting the drops of color in the sky. After that was dry I made the landscape down below - also wet on wet with strokes instead of splatters. Then leaves of grass where the grass would be growing in the foreground is applied with glitter glue.
