6" diameter hand-painted Serigraph on 8 x 10 cotton rag paper. This Is the first time that I have had my art printed as a serigraph edition. Robert Dobie, a good friend and artist, hand pulled the screen print of my design. Unlike most serigraphs, It was my intention for the background to have somewhat subtle, but evolving variations develop throughout the handprinting of the run. The variations in the printing process, and the fact that many varieties of colored Koi Fish and lily pads are handpainted in watercolor by myself, make each print totally unique and original. The edition is small at 35 pieces, but it took many days and layers of watercolor to acheive the effects I was after. There may be some of these unique limited edition prints still available.
