I bought a new graphics tablet the other day and thought I would take a shot at digital painting. I've always been more of an "acrylics on canvas" gal. This is my first official digital painting... built from scratch in Photoshop. I really like my new graphics tablet. Hopefully, I'll find time to do more like this in the future. Thanks for looking.

Beautiful surrealistic atmosphere, a metaphysical delight! Makes me want to go camping. Did you know that Bogie the Basset can track angles, trolls, and such with his sense of smell? (at least he thinks he can,a nd is in a constant state of wunderlust when in the woods) I know this painting is a different from Van Gogh’s starry night, however for some reason it reminds me of it.
