Artist Reply: LOL! Thanks Miguel! I love snuggling up with a comfy quilt. I do often think many of my works would look like beautiful quilts. It would set the mood for lovely dreams if I had one.
Artist Reply: Thanks William. I love to come up with design elements when digitally painting. Being able to repeat them by making a part into a saved brush helps me figure out how to get them to stay the right size. Still, I do free hand the design alot, so that I can ccreate new sections to mix and match up. Funny, as I've no patience to work on a real quilt for long, but will sit and hand place a design element over and over like in this one. I guess it's because I can unod ta goof in this work with a click, but have to rip out stitches when sewing. That, and a needle can stick my fingers. LOL!
Artist Reply: Thank you Jerry! Now I could count up all the blobs in this design, and that would take me awhile to do it. It would be near impossible to count and track all the ball pen dots you use in one of your works! Do you ever count them? LOL!
