I know this spot, just above the old fort on the San Francisco side. Having been born and raised in the area, I can appreciate the food choices, except lobster. It is not a traditional San Francisco treat like crab, sourdough and wine. Nice, friendly piece. Bon appetit.

Artist Reply: I know that the lobster was not a traditional San Francisco food, and it probably didn't have to be in the shot, however it did serve to accentuate the size of the crab. I must confess that the crab drew a lot of bees which constantly interfered with my taking the photo, especially since I was on my belly and had to constantly get up to chase them away. The unseen story behind the photo! Thanks David
