what draws me to this pencil drawing besides the beauty of the heart and art...is the fact you softened the girls face bringing it out clearly from the rest of the inmage which is different in blending technique..

wow Sherrie, you were talking good about my art, but your art really blows my mind! I am very impressed. It is a great pleassure to visit your gallery. This one I think is my favourite, it is so cute and innocent. There seems to be so much trust and love in horses eyes, and the child looks like it´s trying to tell it something and learn at the same time. Very nice!

Hi Sher :) Thanx for the visit and comments friend :) After reading this great array of commentary from so many artists there is little left that I can add of any real weight as to the superb quality of this image and your complete folio, but this I can add to this great collection of insights : " To have the presence of mind to forsee/imagine this expression of complete innocence is an innocence of it's self. The little girls expression has been captured and portrayed to perfection. To compound this excellent work in the girls features and expression, you have switched tracks to portray the horse in the same manner. The girl and the horse are 2 completely different topics, yet you have magically brought them together seamlessly and harmoniously. This a tremendous feat of skill and mind. A 10 is a meagre offering of the true beauty of this work. I am touched by this work, very much so :) This is very rare indeed for me, since most works inspire or enthrall me.
