Times Sq. - NYC

Yes, World Culture, because in NYC you have the entire world on an island that's a couple of miles wide by about 13 miles long. I stood in the middle of Times Square to capture this 3 second hand held image on my Nikon D70s and converted it to b&w in PSCS.
