Fantastic image of a sentient being underestimated for its intelligence and ability to bond with humans like dogs. It saddens me that this wonderful animal would be killed for human consumption. Now like pot bellied pigs, they have become family pets instead of what one member said a victim of the "chopping block." I hope this is not the fate of "the chopping block." I can't imagine killing such feeling beings that are much more evolved than the myths that are pervasive about them as dirty and rolling in mud!!
think Im in love...
HS... about twenty years ago I was turning a corner in a gallery in Washington DC and there was this oil painting by Jamie Wyeth of a sow. It was well over 8 feet long... just blew my eyeballs right out the back of my skull.
AAAH! I KIND OF LOVE HIM...NEEDS A BATH THOUGH. they had a women on the tele that had a Piggy that bite a robber and saved her life from being taken and he was honored for it by the whole town...A huge Piggy but, with lots of love for his Lady Mistress. She got him for a pet thinking he was only going to be one of those small pot belly piggies...but she keep him anyway even when he got huge...he saved her life!!! Piggies love tooo. Hi! Herman!!! Thanks for sharing this.
