Such lvoely lvoely things. I e2would love that blanket with the yellow trim, for my baby girl who now at the end of the summer holidays will move out of our bed and into her own, and will need a soft snuggle blanket to comfort her in bed .1000

Betty, you are an inspiration! What a beautiful pot! A perfect painting!
Brilliant. I could go on and on but brilliant pretty much sums it up. The post, the knife, the onionskin, the wood. Each element is captured. Even where the knife blade casts its shadow works so well. The brass tin needs to be mentioned too. I'm jealous of your talents. How long did this take?
Artist Reply: Joel, you are too kind! I have no idea how long this took - I don't time my work. Probably the setup took longer than the painting. That's the hard part. Painting is the fun and easy part. I just paint what I see!!
Yes.. I too like the colour of those bean pots, and the feel of the ceremic.. so smooth to the touch.. can almost smell those onions, and is that a brick of chees there? Love this painting Betty.. delightful, so much to entertain the eyes with! :o)
