Vegas VICE

I was asked to produce a cover design for the National VICE Conference being held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Being that this was hosted by our police department...I felt there should be a seductive flare but not getting too risque. I felt the glowing siloutte with inlayed images catured the VICE theme, and, of coarse...the bright lights of Las Vegas. Created with Adobe Photoshop CS. © LVMPD 2005
