This is really good. I tried to attempt painting flowers once and got so frustrated I ended up throwing it in the trash. You have an ability to paint flowers and those leaves are perfect! Only one thing I have trouble w/ is your eye automatically goes to the line first because there is such a great value difference. Maybe you could soften it a little and marry the vase to the background? Also the vase seems to float a little maybe use shadow to ground it? Great job w/ those flowers!joan warburton 17 May 2005
