The poet's lament is a literary expression of deep grief, sorrow, or regret, frequently focusing on personal loss, worldly hardships, or environmental destruction. I think I wrote a poem with that title way back in my youth. My only writing presently are these short blurbs I scribble with each graphic upload. Maybe a bit of my poetic flair goes into my graphic work these days. I'd like to think so. This is a 9 by roughiy 4 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Seems Original Jones Art grieves over a lot of things these days here in northwest Austin, Texas.

Artist Reply: Old Bob. I remember when he was young Bob. Oh well. Everything transitions. I guess we all get tangled up on blue eventually. I woke early with a hankering to continue work on the new 3D. Yes, I'm nuts. Ha. :)

Artist Reply: My weekend, like most days, started without fanfare, Nikolay. You may be right about poets. They do have a tendency to cry in their beer, ale, cognac, absinthe.... Hope you are doing well and looking at the world with that creative eye of yours. :)
