When I was young and, I guess, where I was young, there weren't many 'pretty' people. We picked and chose our buddies and gals based on personality and compatibility---though we probably didn't know that was what we were doing. Nowadays there seems to be more pleasant/pretty faces about. So now, more than ever, it's important not to fall for the honey trap. Try not to think with the wrong part of your anatomy. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art figures he's had to learn this lesson the hard way more than once during his time in northwest Austin, Texas.

Terrific Artistry as Usual,,,,have Fun in 2025,we sure enjoy your Antics even though we don't Comment on it,,,I'm not painting much anymore, but I'm going try to apply myself to do at least one even if it takes me a while,,,wishing you all the Best

Artist Reply: Happy New Year, Al! I think it's good for the brain and the hand to try painting and/or drawing when you feel like it. It usually revitalizes me to some extent. Wishing you and yours all the best as well. :)

He's looking like quite the dapper gentleman here Charles : ) Hope your new year is off to a good start !

Artist Reply: My usual 'mode of operation' is to draw something and set it aside for a day or two and if I still like it sufficiently, I add color. Trouble is, I have a stack of drawings already signed '2024' and so---if I like them, I'll have to put them in that gallery even though I will add color in the new year. Oh well. It's a case of splitting hairs, I guess, Dave. 2025 still smells like 2024, or is that me? :)

Hey Charley, This guy Looks Good, with no Problems. Super

Artist Reply: Thanks, Denny! He also has the advantage of being a bit less than alive. Though he does have an endearing quality or two. Happy New Year to you and yours. :)
