Occasionally, I'll go to YouTube and watch videos of recent art shows in Los Angeles, New York City, etc. They can be rather repetitive and the videographer, his bias and level of expertise, can make or break the experience. But one can get an idea of what is happening in these shows overall. I find the outsider art shows usually more interesting/entertaining than the so-called contemporary shows. But I have noticed, over the several years I've viewed, that outsider art and insider art are becoming more difficult to distinguish one from the other. They seem to me to be melding. This is a 6 by 4.5 inches gel pen with color pencil drawing on medium bond acid-free paper. Original Jones Art always seems to be on the outside looking in in northwest Austin, Texas.

Yes, I've done that too . Some shows are good, others not so , but i've noticed the same thing . Btw, your title reminds me of the Pink Floyd song off the album "Meddle. " " Wot's uh the deal " is the title I believe. Your character is pretty bright and wide eyed, probably from all that looking in : )
